Hello everyone! Julia Ears came back to the training and today is 7th February of 2023.

Today I will do completely different exercises which I didn't do before.

I heard about yoga but I never did it. For me yoga is part of culture.

Since I am living now in South East Asia and here is very hot and yoga was created in India where is very similar climate.

I was thinking that probably here in this climate would be better and easier and more efficient to do exactly these exercises.
